Best experience ever!! Loraine provided stellar customer service. I had a custom historical marker made and she made sure she was clear of my request. Gave me a accurate time frame and apologized for the weather causing a delay with drying (wasn't late). Included a hand written note thanking me for my order, then sent a follow up email when UPS showed delivered..just to make sure everything was to my satisfaction! Incredible quality and reasonably price..couldn't have been more perfect.
